We are building a marketplace where a listing has been stood in before it reaches you, and where your deposit is held by a company you can call — not by whoever handed you the keys.
Every listing is inspected by our own officer, and the ownership documents are checked, before it appears. A listing you see is a place that exists, let by the person entitled to let it.
Where a landlord opts in, we hold the caution fee and return it at the end of the tenancy. Where they do not, the listing says so plainly before you pay anybody anything.
We arrange the inspection and cover the transport. Seeing three flats should not cost you a day's wages before you have rented anything.
