Every month 4U pays for repairs and cleaning at a number of the homes on this platform. Tenants apply for minor repairs or a clean; landlords apply for a structural repair grant.
The number of winners is set before each draw and published with it. It is not a fixed figure — it grows as the platform does.

Who can apply
Tenants renting through 4U, whose rent is up to date. If a tenancy is in arrears it is not eligible until the arrears clear — and clearing them restores eligibility, nothing is held against you afterwards.
Landlords whose property is listed and rented through 4U.
Every application needs photographs of the actual problem, and a person at 4U checks that the photographs show the property applied for and that the work is within what the draw covers. Applications nobody has reviewed by the deadline are approved automatically — somebody who applied in good faith should not lose their entry because we were slow.
