Nothing appears publicly until 4U has checked the ownership documents and an officer has visited. It takes about ten minutes with the photographs and ownership documents to hand.

Tell us about the property
The rent and fees you set, the rooms, and the photographs. Every figure a tenant sees is calculated by us from these.

We check the documents
We confirm who you are and review the ownership documents. Only then is an officer sent.

An officer visits
An officer visits your property, photographs it, and signs the inspection off with their own name. Once that is done it appears on the marketplace with the verification seal.
4U does not guarantee your rent. We are not a party to your tenancy agreement, we do not underwrite your income, and if a tenant stops paying, that is a matter between you and them. We will show you the arrears in your dashboard and we will not pretend it is something we have insured.
We also do not value your property, act as your agent in negotiations, or manage it on your behalf unless you have signed a separate management mandate.
